- Late Payment: A late fee will be applied if payment is not received within five days of the due date.
- Non-Payment: Extended non-payment may result in the suspension of your account and potential loss of stored items.
4. Security
While we take measures to ensure the security of your belongings, Wimbledon Self Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to items stored in our facilities, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
5. Insurance
We recommend that you obtain insurance for your stored items. Check with your insurance provider to ensure adequate coverage.
6. Termination
You may terminate your storage agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Upon termination, all stored items must be removed by the specified date.
6.1 Early Termination
Early termination may incur additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with relevant laws.
8. Amendments
